Adoption Application
Thank you for considering adoption through Undercover Angels Animal Rescue of Saginaw.
Our goal is to find the best possible match for both the animal and the adopter. Please complete the application as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Incomplete applications may be declined if required information is missing or if requested follow up information is not provided.
As part of our review process, we verify veterinary history for current and previous pets. Please be prepared to provide information about all pets currently in your home, as well as pets owned in the past.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or adoption of a specific animal. Applications are reviewed based on the needs of each animal and overall compatibility with the adopter's home and lifestyle.
